Type Of Payment options are available?
- Debit, Credit, or instant money transfer from
checking accounts through Paypal,
- Credit/debit card by Phone
Returns/Refunds
Due to the costume nature of the products on this site(most only wear items once or
twice),
Returns can be made for store credit only. Items must be in new
and unworn/unused condition. Requests must be made within 2 days of
receiving item, E-mail is preferred. No items may be returned wthout
first sending a written request and receiving authorization. Item must
be in excellent, unworn, and unused condition. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. All shipping charges are your responsibility
for both returning item and shipment of new item. No returns/exchanges on custom
orders or Light-up Wings.
If your item arrives damaged you must file a claim with the shipping
carrier. USPS In
the event of an exchange the customer is responsible for both return
shipping costs of the purchased item and the re-shipment of the new item
to the customer.
Please do not randomly send merchandise back to us. Any parcels
that come in without authorization will be discarded and you will not be
refunded. |
Custom Items
Can I
get a pair of wings in a different color or customized?
Yes any wings can be customized* to your
specifications. Just fill out the request more info form
and I will get back to you.

Shipping
Why does shipping
cost so much?
All shipping charges are for actual cost of shipping and
packaging the products. This can be high because of how
large the box must be to hold the wings and sometimes
large box's have oversize fees through shipping
companies.
Do you ship Outside the US?
I can ship Small Items to Europe but there will be
additional shipping charges. Please contact me
first to make sure the item(s) you are buying can be
shipped to you. They also may take a while to get
to you , at least 2-4 weeks. Glowby's and
gauntlets are eligible for shipping outside the
US.
Yes, although online orders will not reflect
international shipping rates so you will need to pay an
extra charge. You will be sent a Paypal money request
for the extra amount of shipping needed. Please note
that there will most likely be a customs fee charged by
the shipping company when your product is delivered.
They also may take a while to get
to you , at least 2-4 weeks
Time? In
most cases you items will arrive within two weeks of the
date of purchase. In busy Months It may take up to
4 weeks for your items to be packaged. Then up to
two weeks more to be shipped. If you need your
items by a certain date please let me know so I can
expedite your order. |

Who are you?
My name is Meghann, and make all of the
items on this website by hand (except the fiberoptic
hair clips and Hoodies). I love to dress up on every occasion
possible and that has translated into my work and my
passion. I love what I do and I hope I can help
bring some fun into your lives as well.
