Q. A.	What Type Of Payment options are available? - Debit, Credit, or instant money transfer from checking accounts through Paypal, - Credit/debit card by Phone - Money Order (E-mail me with your Order and request the address to send the money order to)Make money orders payable to: Art Of Wings
Q. A.	Do you ship outside the US? Yes, I ship to europe, although online orders will not reflect international shipping rates so you will need to pay any extra charge before the item is shipped. You will be sent a Paypal money request for the extra amount of shipping needed. Please note that there will most likely be a customs fee charged by the shipping company when your product is delivered. Your order may take a while to get to you , between 10days and 4 weeks.
Q. A.	Can I get a pair of wings in a different color or customized? Yes any wings can be customized* to your specifications. Just fill out the request more info form and I will get back to you. In most cases it will cost $10 additional for custom work, unless the request is time consuming or has extra costs involved.
Q. A.	Do you Customize Hats? Yes you can get a custom hat for $5.00 extra. Simply look at the bottom of the Furry Hats page to see examples of the fabrics and furs available and E-mail me with your choices. If you want something other than what's pictured let me know and I'll tell you if I can make it for you.

Who are you? Do you make your products?

My name is Meghann, and make all of the items on this website by hand (except the fiber optic hair clips and Hoodies). I love to dress up on every occasion possible and that has translated into my work and my passion. I love what I do and I hope I can help bring some fun into your lives as well.

How do I care for my wings?

If your wings get wet, Simply let them dry out. If they have feathers it is best to blow them dry with a hair dryer while they are still wet. The edges of your wings have a protective coating on them to prevent knicks and holes. If you do see a small hole forming simply cover the affected area with a thin layer washable fabric glue (available at your local craft store like Joann Fabrics or Michael's), Apply in thin layers. too thick may leave a milky appearance. This should stop the hole in its tracks and keep new ones from forming. You can also cover any areas that are more susceptible to damage like the tips to prevent any future damage (especially if you wear your wings often)

If your wings are white and you want them to stay that way, it is very important to keep them clean and store them in a clean place in a large plastic bag.

Can I bend the wings?

Yes, you can Position the wings differently. You can make them stick out from your back more by bending from the base of each wing section away from the body. be careful though. Do not try to change the overall shape of each wing section because rippling of the fabric can occur.

How do you make your wings?/Can you tell me exactly how to make wings like yours?

Lots of Time, effort, Inspiration, patience and glitter!/ Sorry, I cannot reveal my secrets. It's taken me a long time, a lot of patience, trials and errors to get where I am today.

Basic Construction: Wire frame, Nylon Fabric, Paint, glitter, etc...

Faery Wing Info : All items are handmade. Actual wings may vary slightly from wings pictured
Certain items on the website may become unavailable because some items are one of a kind.
Wings are Available with black or white elastic shoulder straps. If you need smaller straps you can just tie them to a smaller fit.
Colors can be customized and embellishments added to suit. Such as holes and stitches in any pictured wing. Just ask. This may have an added cost.

How long until I receive my Items?

In most cases you items will arrive within 2-3 weeks of the date of purchase, in many cases sooner. In busy Months It may take 2-3 weeks before your items are packaged. Then up to two weeks more to be shipped. If you need your items by a certain date please let me know so I can expedite your order, most of the time this will not cost extra.

What is your return policy?

Due to the costume nature of the products on this site(most only wear items once), Returns can be made for store credit only. Items must be in new and unworn/unused condition. Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving item, E-mail is preferred. No items may be returned wthout first sending a written request and receiving authorization. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please do not randomly send merchandise back to us. Any parcels that come in without authorization will be discarded and you will not be refunded.

Hello Meghann, I got the wings and I am very pleased with them. You did a great job! The colors came out so nice. I can't wait to wear them. Everyone in the family keeps trying them on! The hat looks really good too. That is another thing that goes from head to head. It is kind of funny. One minute, my step-son will be talking to me and the next time I look at him he has on the hat. Or my husband will be sitting watching TV in the hat. Or I will be reading in the hat. Or doing the dishes. It looks very cool. Thank you so much for your hard work.
